 Recorded December 3, 1950, so over two years old by the time it was a hit (due to the gap between the show opening on Broadway and in London).

 Vivian Blaine's Bushel and a Peck was her only chart hit in the UK with one week at #12.

 eBay listing shows there is a gap in the grooves, so they obviously had both tracks separately, rather than running continuously.

 So are A1 and A2 actually separate tracks? Is it then a rare example of a 78 with more than one track on a side? Is there a gap in the grooves?
