slholzer 6th May 2017		Bob Thomas and Billy West are almost certainly pseudonyms. According to Allen Sutton's Pseudonyms on American Records 1892-1942, Bob Thomas is generally thought to be Ernest Hare, but has also been identified in two instances with Arthur Fields, and in three with Vernon Dalhart. Also per Sutton, Billy West is usually thought to be Billy Jones, but has also been identified in one case as Arthur Fields.
