Interesting little video too, must be a rather rare mention of Ras Tafari on 78s World

 The cat# suggests 1930/31.
I'm sure you've seen the website of Mike Thomas who suggests Coronation Bells as A.
The only Coronation I can find around then is that of Haile Selassie.
Maybe of no relevence (that's where t'int'net takes you), here's a Dutch film with English subtitles.
