 Note that "Side By Side" is described as a Vocal Duet. The article accompanying the label scan to which LaurenceD's link directs us confirms that Nick Lucas accompanies himself through the use of multi-tracking on this side. The same article identifies the musical accompaniment on these two sides as by the Andy Phillips Quintette and informs us that the remaining Huckster sides remain unissued. At least one of the missing titles, "Bye Bye Blackbird", was used or re-made by Capitol and issued on Capitol 57-607.

 These masters were purchased from the Hucksters label. I found a Billboard ad from June 19, 1948 for the Hucksters Nick Lucas releases. And here is a page showing a label scan from a Hucksters record.
These Hucksters releases must be quite scarce; I have yet to encounter one.
