 Per John Bolig.'s Victor Black label Discography, 18000/19000 Series, the members of the Avon Comedy Four were Charles Dale, Harry Goodwin and Joe Smith-comics, plus Irving Kaufman-tenor.

I can't help but wonder if it was a promotion or a demotion for Kaufman to be listed as a tenor instead of a comic.
