 I have added the release date as reported by John Bolig's Viictor Black Label Discography 18000/19000 Series.

Per Bolig, the members of the Avon Comedy Four on Side A were Charles Dale, Harry Goodwin and Joe Smith-comics, Irving Kaufman tenor. The full name of tenor M.J. O'Connell on side B was Michael J. O'Connell.
