 Bolig's Victor Black Label Discography 18000/19000 Series rather inscrutably shows the artist on Side B as Sousa's Band (Pryor's Band, Arthur Pryor-director). I don't know if this is supposed to mean that Victor intended to issue the discs under Sousa's name, although Pryor was the actual artist, or that Sousa's Band may have cut some of the earlier masters and been replaced by the Pryor band for a remake session. The latter idea comports with the fact that Pryor's band gets full actual credit on these labels. I also note that Bolig makes no mention of Margaret McKee's role in the recording, although she gets label credit for her bird interpolations.
