slholzer 29th Aug 2017		The October 7, 1927 session referred to above is not documented in the Troubadours chapter of Rust's American Dance Band Discography. You will find it listed in the Nat Shilkret chapter, where it is clearly marked as having been issued under the Troubadours name. (Some people really could have used a good editor.) The track is listed in Rust's Victor Master Book Vol. 2 as made on July 10, 1927, but that session is not documented in the ADBD under either the Troubadours or Nat Shilkret, so it appears Rust changed his mind between 1974 (VMB2 3d printing) and 1975 (ADBD). The September 8, 1927 session that produced Side B is listed in both books. In the ADBD it is exactly where you would think it would be, under The Troubadours.
