 "The Moore Girl", incorrectly entered as by Richard (Rabbit) Brown as well, was actually recorded by Andrew Baxter (fiddle, vocal) and Jim Baxter (guitar).

The September 1928 release, according to DAHR, apparently means the first appearance in the national Victor catalog, but the catalog number rather suggests a July 1928 release which was probably only listed in the Southern series catalog then (see notes for Victor 21433 for a similar case). Anyway both sides were recorded in 1927 but the record was not released in 1927, as originally entered.
