W.B.lbl 20th Mar 2024		Looks like this was one of the postage-stamp-size labels (68.5mm before pressing onto the shellac which shrunk it to ~68mm) that were manufactured in the 1931-32 period in the depths of the Great Depression - and a pressing ring of between 63.0 and 63.25mm. Would I be close?
