 Rust and Sutton both tell us that the Rialto Dance Orchestra was usually Sam Lanin's Orchestra. This track does not appear under Sam Lanin's name in the American Dance Band Discography, however, at least not in the time frame (Feb. 1924) that the only available source, the ODP, assigns it. The California Ramblers, the only other band identified by Sutton as using the Rialto name on Silvertone, did record this title in Jan. 1924 for Paramount, but I'm not sure that that is a viable candidate for this track. The ODP equates Silvertone 2384 to Federal 5384.

Neither Rust nor Sutton offer any information on the Music Masters track. The ODP ventures to identify it as a Joseph Samuels outfit. The track does not appear in Rust under Samuels' name in the time slot (also Feb. 1924) assigned it by the ODP.
