 Added images of an Indianapolis pressing.

This release contains the following:

Side A - mx. BVE-63632 take 3, which was dubbed from B. 8419 on September 15, 1939. because the master had been destroyed.

Side B - mx. BVE-40945 take 4, which was previously unissued. An alternate take 2 had been issued on 21103 in January 1928.
