slholzer 3rd Jan 2018		Allan Sutton's "Pseudonyms on American Records 1892-1942" states that The Harmonians was a pseudonym for either Ben Selvin's Orchestra or the Bar Harbor Society Orchestra, which Selvin managed. Brian Rust in the American Dance Band Discography chooses the Bar Harbor Society Orchestra. Some might feel it is a distinction without a difference. The name has also been used on a few occasions for other bands, but this disc is not one of the two so listed in Sutton.
