 The date of this release (15 Sep 1914) is accurate. At the start of WW1 Edison Bell and other UK record companies hurriedly compiled new 'Patriotic Lists'. The first Winner list was issued 15 Sept (2703-2709) with another following on the 15 Oct (2710-2719). Normal monthly issues (but with much more patriotic content) continued from November. Since these records remained in the Winner catalogue for many years, 'reissued' is not a correct description. Trumpeter Anderson's first name was Peter.

 Record label is Winner, maroon with gold picture and text. Previous record by same artist (2708, ascribed date in listings 1914, Side A British Cavalry Camp Calls Part 1, Side B British Army Cavalry Regimental Calls) was on The Winner label with different colour and design, and Wikipedia says that in 1922 the label changed name from The Winner to simply Winner. I have seen images online of the same record titles on both label names, so perhaps Winner reissued recordings after 1922. Assuming the 1914 date for 2708 is accurate, that is the likeliest recording date for this record.
