| slholzer 17th Nov 2016 | Per the Crown listing on Mike Thomas' mgthomas.co.uk website, Rossini's Accordeon Band is a pseudonym for Harry Bidgood's studio orchestra. The same source indicates the recording date for these sides as Dec 21, 1936, which, if true, makes a 1936 release date highly unlikely. Finally, the list indicates that the tunes included in the "Swing Time" Selection medley are as follows: Part 1 (Side A): A Fine Romance/Pick Yourself Up/Never Gonna Dance Part 2 (Side B: The Way You Look Tonight/Bojangles Of Harlem/A Fine Romance A visit to the Woolworths Museum site noted below discloses that there is an uncredited vocal duet in the "Fine Romance" section of Side A, involving one male and one female singer. | |
