 Allan Sutton's Pseudonyms on American Records, 1892-1942 identifies the Moulin Rouge Orchestra as a pseudonym for Ben Selvin's Orchestra or the Selvin-led Bar Harbor Society Orchestra. Rust's American Dance Band Discography says it is the Bar Harbor Society Orchestra.

Sutton identifies the Chateau Laurier Dance Orchestra as a pseudonym for Lou Gold AHO. Rust agrees.
