slholzer 30th Aug 2017		Based on the above recording date and information submitted with surrounding numbers, I have filled in the year of release. The month of release was probably not earlier than May and is most likely from the range May-June-July, with small possibilities as late as September. My photo database has three versions of side A and two of side B. The differences are in the arrangements of the various text elements below the center hole: title, composer credit, artist credit. The particular information on this disc seems to have really challenged somebody's ability to balance information and artistic sensibilities.
