 I've just got a copy. It is 8"
A 9" reissue would surely not be possible back then, before magnetic tape was used to make and store recordings. Unless a direct dub was made of the 8" on to a 9", which I thnk unlikely, a release on a different size disc would have to be a fresh recording.
