Notes A) Recorded May 1922 in New York City B) Recorded June 1922 in New York City per DAHR - "Bernie Grossman and Billy Frisch, known co-authors of "A Trip to Hitland," may be the composers "B.G." and B.F." - two of the credited writers on the label. No one with the initials "E.R." has been identified as a contributor to the musical."
