Added images of an earlier pressing of this record. Labels showing the price above the matrix number were used for new releases between January and September 1, 1923 (although this style was used on repressings for some time after that date). A new label style, omitting the price notice at bottom, followed this and was used for new releases issued from September 1923 - June 1926, as well as repressings made during this time.

A second clue is provided by the pressing date code on the L side images shown. Mike Gann's image shows what appears to be "14", indicating a pressing date of January 1924. Mine shows "103", indicating a pressing date of October 1923. Edison introduced the pressing date code in September 1923, so first pressings should show either no code (if they were pressed prior to September) or "93" (if they were pressed in September). cf. George A. Copeland and Michael W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Edison Records pp. 24-27.
