 Rust's American Dance Band Discography has the A side track listed but does not show this disc as one of the associated issues. It is probable that Rust simply wasn't aware it. I have scanned Rust's listing for ou Gold but did not find thie B side track there.

Here are the relevant bits about Side A:

Why! mx 9131-4 Rec. NY Nov 8, 1929 Vocal by Irving Kaufman

The composers of "Why!" (actually, the proper title is "Why?") are A. Swanstrom, B. Davis and J. Fred Coots. It came from the musical comedy "Sons O' Guns".

A number of recordings of songs titled "If I Had A Girl Like You" were made at about this time. Rudy Vallee and Annette Hanshaw were among those who recorded them. The ones I could find solid information on seem to be credited to Louis W. McDermott as both lyricist and composer.
