 Rust's American Dance band Discography lists the side B track but not this issue. As far as I can tell, the Side A track does not appear in the Joe Green listing at all.

Singing A Song To The Stars Rec. NY, May 7, 1930 Vocal not identified

"Singing a Song To The Stars" is a quite obscure tune. I have been unable to find anything about its composers. As near as I can tell, it was not issued on more than one of the many ARC labels that would normally concurrently feature a track.

"Beyond The Blue Horizon" is quite the opposite, assuming, as I do, that this is the standard and not somebody's knock off. It was debuted by Jeannette MacDonald in the movie "Monte Carlo" in 1930 subsequently recorded by many people. It still has currency today. It's composers were Leo Robin, Richard A. Whiting and W. Franke Harling.
