slholzer 9th Sep 2017		On the US version in my database, the artists are not listed in reverse order exactly. Kitty Kallen is listed first on one side and Richard Hayes is listed first on the other. This was not an unusual arrangement when artists of relatively similar stature made duet records. If Kallen has been advanced to first on both sides of the Canadian record it probably indicates that she was seen as the hotter property in that market or, worse from Hayes' point of view, had become so by the time the disc was released there. We tend to think that Canadian releases occurred nearly simultaneously with US releases, so that would be a major comedown for Hayes, if it was not a mistake. Incidentally, the US release was in 1950. The copy of Side A in my database appears to have a hyphen between Gladys and Gollahon, but perhaps that is a chance placement of a surface flaw in the label. The Internet seems unanimous in assigning authorship to Gladys Gollahon as a single person.
