Thanks for adding. Judging by the photos, your copy seems to have the same matrix numbers as on other copies. Broadcast would often press multiple takes of a recording on different pressings of the same disc. Unfortunately for us collectors, the matrix numbers are stamped and/or etched into the label. The stamped number often starts with a Z or an L, but then the matrix number will generally be handwritten and embossed into the label too. The handwritten matrix number adds the take number, but not in the usual format (-1, -2 etc). No suffix means take 1, an X means take 2, XX means take 3, and so on.

It’s thanks to British Dance Bands on Record that we know this - or certainly some of us. So I think the A side of this disc has an X written at the end of the matrix number (take 2), and the B side doesn’t, so is take 1. These are the only takes documented by Brian Rust and Sandy Forbes in the aforementioned book, but they don’t claim to be comprehensive in listing takes - presumably they just listed those they were aware of. There are certainly further takes of recordings which aren’t detailed in that book (although perhaps not for this particular disc) and I think it’s worth noting them.
