 I haven't been able to come up with a verifiable composer attribution for "The Sheep In The Meadow."

It is not listed in the ASCAP database; the only listing in the BMI database does not appear to be the same tune. The song was part of a V Disc recording session on October 22, 1943 in New York's RCA Victor studios, from which this cut was taken. Also recorded in a November, 1943 during a Standard Transcription recording session. Then it was included on the Armed Forces Radio Service "One Night Stand" transcription of the band's broadcast at Elitch's Garden, Denver, Co., August 12, 1944.

Apparently it was never commercially released on any of the major labels.
