 Looking at the entry for the Rhodesian 45 HERE, I see it as Lovers Must Learn.

I also should note that this Brazilian 78 has the A side artist name as Emílio with an accent above the first letter I.

The South African 45 had the A side title as Al Di La' with an apostrophe after the word La to simulate an accented letter A to match the correct spelling of the title Al di là (as per Wikipedia)

The song Al Di La was also the the 1st Prize Winner at the 1961 San Remo Music Festival and well as Italy's 1961 Eurovision entry, however in both cases they were versions recorded by Betty Curtis.

 I think that the title ROME ADVENTURE was indicated on the Southern Rhodesian 45rpm pressing of this one.

 The A side literally translates as:
From Warner Bros. Film 'The Italian Chandelier" or "The Italian Candelabra"

In much of the English speaking world (such as the USA, Canada, and Australia) the film was known as "Roman Adventure", however in the UK it was known as 'Lovers Must Learn"
