Notes Side A Memory Of Fats Waller Eddie Heywood at the Piano (Roy Ross on Organ) Thomas W. "Fats" Waller died on December 15, 1943 at the age of 39 following a brief bout with pneumonia. His cremains were scattered over Harlem from an airplane. Heywood pays tribute to "Fats" here with Waller's 1942 composition of "Jitterbug Waltz." Images Comments and Reviews
