Side R: mx. 3764-A, -B, -C was recorded in New York, NY on May 7, 1915. One of these takes was also issued on Edison Blue Amberol cylinder 2738. A subsequent re-recording (take H) was made in November 1923 and used on later pressings of this record.

Side L: mx. 4168-A, -B, -C was recorded in New York, NY on October 4, 1915. Take C was also issued on Edison Blue Amberol cylinder 2787.

Coupling date: 2/26/1916.

Originally released in May, 1916. The code "B4" at the 6 o'clock position of the L side label indicates this repressing was manufactured in April, 1917.
