slholzer 20th Feb 2018		Tony Russell in "Country Music Records, 1921-1942", and Alan Sutton, in "Pseudonyms on Amercan Records, 1892-1942", agree that "Hobo" Jack Turner is a pseudonym for Ernest Hare. With a recording date of December 11, 1928, it is possible, but not altogether likely that this disc was released in 1928. That kind of efficiency was more common a decade or two later, at least among the major labels. During the 1930's, I think about 6 weeks from recording to issue was still pretty good work.
