 Tony Russell's "Country Music Records, A Discography, 1921-1942" confirms that Carson Robison is present on both sides of this disc. He is undoubtedly the person referred to as Robinson on the B side label artist credit, and most likely also the Robinson on in that side's composer credit. He yodels on the B side with Frank Luther. There is a person on the A side who does vocal effects in addition to Luther's yodeling. That could be Robison, but Russell lists the person as unknown.

Per Russell both sides were recorded in New York. Side A was recorded in April 24, 1929. Side B was recorded on June 6, 1929. The "mx".numbers on the labels are control numbers. The actual mx. for side A is 8708-3. The actual mx. for Side B is 8801-1.
