paneity 7th Jan 2016		'Evergreen' was a 1934 musical starring Jessie Matthews, who sang both of these songs in the film. The film was based on the 1930 stage musical 'Ever Green' by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart, which also starred Matthews. 'Over My Shoulder' became Jessie Matthews' theme song, and was the title of her 1974 autobiography.
