 Sweet Lorraine is a beautiful example of Roy Eldridge playing pretty. We sometimes get so used to these guys playing pyrotechics a la Let Me Off Uptown or After You've Gone that we forget they are not one-dimensional people. Lovely clip BigBadBluesMan. Thanks.
