 There is a version of this disc with the B side credited to Arto Dance Orchestra rather than Selvin's Novelty Orchestra. It was very recently offered on EBay, although I won't guarantee it is still there at this writing.

I also note that while Rust's American Dance Band Discography puts Selvin's Orchestra on both sides of Arto 9019, it has Japanese Sandman in the place of Whispering on the A side. Neither the illustrated version nor the alternate version I saw support Rust in this regard.
