 Strictly the group were "The Bushwhackers". Alan Scott was a member but he was not more of a star than anyone else particularly. See other 78rpm records on Wattle by "The Bushwhackers" and you will see they used the person who actually sang as the person in small print. But "The Who" were "The Who" whether it was Roger or Pete, or indeed John who was singing the song. Thus it was with "The Bushwhackers".

 Just noticed the artists name - should it not be "Alan Scott And THE BUSHWHACKERS".

 Also available with plain yellow label.

This actually sold in pretty large numbers (more than 10,000) and was a big 78 hit for the Bushwhackers.
