This record issued from Colin Pomroy’s first address in Putney. Record was not for public broadcast as there were no rights to issue the music to the public.

Fokeman 10th Sep 2016		Mecolico stamp explains what is already stated on the label - that this is a private record and not to be sold to the general public or broadcast. This became the Tempo Record Society - a group of like minded people who belonged to the "club" and thus had access to buy these records which were reproductions of American (Jazz) records.
