 Based on the number, I would say this should be a 1918 release. The closest A6000 disc in the database currently is A6070, which is shown as a March 1918 release. If this disc was recorded in May or June, and the date on A6070 is correct, then this disc was not issued before or concurrently with A6070, but afterward, possibly as late as August.

 These is some confusion on this issue. The record that I have, has the B side label on both sides. Dahr lists this as double faced, but only lists one title, matrix no., and artist. The ODP lists both sides. The matrix no. on the A side for Mama's blues is 49402 which is stamped in the runout on the record above. This makes think that this issue was mass produced with the wrong label before it was spotted.
