 The title is correct. When Kid Ory first released the song, even though he had given it the title "Muskrat", the record company changed it to "Muskat," and now both titles are used.

 I'm guessing this should be "Muskrat Ramble"?

 The original was by Chicago R&B guy Danny Overbea (Checker 774). Not that well remembered today, his records seemed to attract covers from UK dance bands for some reason - Ted Heath recorded his "Stomp And Whistle", also in 1954.
