JimDandi2d 27th Jan 2018		Flip Side song "Romance in the Dark" is usually credited to Lil Green (no final 'e") alone. Does anyone have the 1958 Capitol album "The Johnny Otis Show" on which (near as I can tell) this song by this group first appeared? It is not in 45worlds yet.

Juke Jules SUBS 11th Dec 2012		"Ma He’s Making Eyes at Me" was sung by Al Jolson in a 1920 Broadway show "The Midnight Rounders". The definitive lyrics may have been found on the original printed music sheet from 1921, but many recordings since then have seen departures from the original with everyone adding their own variations The earliest recorded version may have been by Eddie Cantor in 1921 (YT) while a piano roll recording (YT) (from the same year ?) has different lyrics, as does another early recording which I cannot date, titled simply "Ma", by Edward Fielding (YT) with the Fleming Novelty Orchestra on Royal 10101
