 Actually its a nice scan , I have some 12" ones to scan from an A4 scanner, and it was not a criticism , just a comment on these things.

 Were these 'Advertising' Sleeves used more by His Master's Voice to promote records and therefore would not have encased this one , but a similar genre title to persuade you to visit the record store for the advertised disc ?
