Cokey Cokey was Jimmy Kennedy's variation on the name. It's also on records by Lou Preager (1945) FB.3123 and by Harry Leader's orchestra (1947) F. 2259.

Side B looks to be what is known in the US as the Hokey Pokey. Wikipedia says it is better known in England as the Hokey Cokey. Many others names have been applied to both the song and the dance, with many national and regional variants. This label is the only use I've found of the Cokey Cokey title.

Folk dances readily identifiable to the Hokey Pokey date back hundreds of years and folk songs with distinctly related lyrics are documented to at least as early as 1826. Several modern composers have attempted to claim it, including Jimmy Kennedy, but it is doubtful that any of them can make the claim stick beyond a particular setting of the tune or a particular variant set of lyrics. The essentials of both the dance and the song certainly pre-date any composer of the 20th century.
