 The A-side is described as a piano duet although there is no indication as to who the other pianist might be. In the movie, it seems, Duchin (played by Tyrone Power and "ghosted" by Cavallaro) plays the duet with a boy actor.) Although you hear the duet and the entire soundtrack online, none of the references I found identify the other player either. (Images of Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd playing dueling pianos come to mind when I hear this track. I think there must have been an inspirational connection between this movie and a classic Warner bros. cartoon.)

I did manage to glean that the orchestra referred to on Festival labels as the "Eddie Duchin Story" Orchestra was Morris Stoloff's. I have no idea why they couldn't/didn't just identify him on the label. Maybe they didn't know.
