 Gramophone Company discs were always 'International' with regional branches choosing the discs in their catalogues. Both sides were recorded in 1905. As noted in the comments on G.C.-2-43200/G.C.-4-42182, Gram Co. UK only introduced double sided discs in September 1912 (Plum label B and C series), other continental branches introduced them in 1907 - Berlin (1st July), Vienna (15th July), and Paris, Milan, and Scandinavia (15th August). As this is a 'Gramophone&Typewriter' (G&T) it dates to 1907 approx., since the 'Typewriter' part of the name was dropped in November that year.

 This record could be an early re-issue pre-1910, previously being single-sided & now issued as a double-sided disc; this might explain the different cat. numbers G. C.-3-42397 and G. C.-3-42527.
