 Actually sold quite well.We had little of this in the UK,and although there were lots of Jazz shops selling imports,these were 8/3 each,compared to 5/11 for a UK issue.Such issues as this were a welcome sight.The difference in price bought a packet of 10 Woodbine tipped,and a pint of mild.

 Just amazing what was issued in the U.K. in the early '50s! This one was sourced from Jack Lauderdale's Swing Time label in Los Angeles. Who on earth would have gone out and bought this in Britain in 1953?
