From Humph's own website - you see here a flyer advertising all 5 releases. http://www.humphreylyttelton.com/first-recordings/

No. 17 (1993) of Paul Pelletier's Record Information booklets has a full listing - five 78s, all by Lyttelton. The correct month of release (as opposed to recording) is given as May 1949 for this one, with the final issue coming out the following October (followed by his going to Parlophone in November).

http://www.jazzdisco.org/humphrey-lyttelton/discography/ suggests there were five 78s on Humph's London Jazz label by Humph himself with his band.

I will make a note to find this disc and scan it, its obvious from labels that this is an "indie" record!

Also please note it wasn't the only release either, HL issued about 6/7 78's maybe more, before he was signed to Parlophone.

 Agreed. Change made.

Label needs differentiating from the subsequent London Jazz sub-label of (Decca) London. As the notes say, this was Humphrey Lyttelton's short-lived label prior to his contract with Parlophone.
