"Country Music Records 1921 - 1942" by Tony Russell lists this as a Portuguese issue. The Gramophone Popular Record Catalogue of April 1956 shows the HMV MH series as "International".

The labels credit "Jimmie Rodgers and The Rainbow Ranch Boys". Jimmie's original recordings had additional instrumentation added on 18th March 1955 by Chet Atkins and Hank Snow's Rainbow Ranch Boys for these issues.
