Notes

Artist was Canadian, known as Wilf Carter in Canada. Had a career in America, where he was known as Montana Slim. Subsequently, when he had a big seller in Canada, it would be issued here as "Wilf Carter". If he had a big seller in the US, it would be issued here as "Montana Slim". He toured here in 1936, whilst an entertainer on a cruise liner. Explained this to the British public. Made a record in England, issued on Panachord, which was withdrawn due to contractual reasons, i.e.artist was signed to Victor.
