 The Virginia Dance Orchestra is listed in Rust's American Dance Band Discography as a pseudonym on Beltona for a variety of American dance bands. This disc is not among those listed in the cross-reference, but it is almost certainly pseudonymous and it would not surprise me if it were also an American band. Some of the candidates include Emil Coleman, Louis Katzman, Ben Selvin, The Ambassadors and the Bar Harbor Society Orchestra. I would hardly imagine that list to be exhaustive.
