Possibly a record which was a 'blank' and intended for home recording etc.

Side 'A': This is organ music. The kind of thing you imagine would be played in a large theatre to create 'excitement and anticipation' prior to the 'acts' coming onto the stage.

Side 'B': The compere states that his name is 'Sandy' something - cannot hear clearly. He is Scottish. He tells one or two jokes and introduces what appears to be 'Countess' something and (sounds like) 'Oliver Hardy' - an 'International Comedy Act'. They start singing for a minute or two - then the record finishes / runs out.
