 There are three variants of this disc that I know of. The illustrated version is far and away the most unusual. Note that the A-side artist credit is to Gomez Rhumba Orchestra. In this regard it departs from the other two versions, both of which credit "Al Gomez Orchestra" (Authentic Rhuba King) on both sides. The other two versions are essentially identical except that one has A/B side designations while the other does not. The illustrated version is mildly different on the B-side from the version without A/B designations in that the text in the upper left side corner of the white panel is all within the panel on the illustrated version but overlaps the edge and is partly in the red ground on the variant.
