Side A = mx. 19742-1 or -2 was recorded on January 30, 1912 in New York, NY Side B = Mx. 19749-1 was recorded on February 7, 1912 in New York, NY Issue duplicates material originally released on Columbia A-1138. "When I Was Twenty One" was titled "When I was twenty-one and you were sweet sixteen" on original Columbia issue. Address on label is 200 Monroe St., Chicago, although Standard moved its offices to Dearborn & Harrison Streets in 1911. This is a surplus Columbia pressing with Standard labels pasted over Columbia originals. The A-prefix of the Columbia release was dropped, indicating a release date of 1916-1917.
